Behind all the perfectness, and happy smiles of this Hollywood couple, lies a troubled relationship, according to recent reports.

In reality, Angelina Jolie had spent less that 36 hours in Cannes last week, and very little time with her Brad Pitt. Onlookers claim that once the cameras turned their backs onto the couple at the Cannes Film Festival premiere, Angelina's smile vanished, and she furiously ran up the stairs of the theatre, leaving a flustered Brad to run after her.

We don't know if this is true or not - but apparently, the couple's previously solid relationship is cracking because of the emergence of Brad's ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston, in their lives. Brad is reportedly refusing to cut ties with his ex-wife, and this is pissing Angelina off.

Brad had reportedly secretly met up with Jennifer last month, which infuriated Angelina when she later found out. Angelina had supposedly threatened to not go to France with Brad unless he promised to cut all ties with Jennifer, who he divorced in 2005.

Instead of cutting ties, sources are claiming that Brad has increased his contact with Jennifer. One magazine even said that Brad has been sending intimate texts to Jennifer, apparently suggesting he still has feelings for her.

However, Brad has denied all reports of his relationship being in trouble. "I am in love and I have the most beautiful family. What else can a guy want? I am the happiest man ever. We're so lucky," he said.
