It's a new year, a new beginning, and your chance to start over. If you're tired of your monotonous life, we have a few suggestions of what you can do to improve. If you're speeding on the fast lane, maybe you should shift a few gears down and learn how to cruise to save your engine. If you're going too slow, perhaps you need to crank up a few gears to boost your engines to a fast lane.

STOP PROCRASTINATING

You need to stop saying 'Later' and be more like Nike. Just do it. Get up and go. If you think you're putting on weight and you're beginning to call yourself fat, its time to just do something about it. Let this be the year where you push yourself to be better. If you've always wanted to write, do it. If you wanted to learn to cook Chinese dishes, pick up a book or watch a cooking show, or try it out yourself. If you have no friends and keep wondering why, evaluate yourself and start making new friends. The world is at the tip of your fingers, it's up to you what you want to do with it.

GET A HOBBY


Most of us are so caught up in our careers that we forget about ourselves. Everyone has a favourite thing to do, and if you don't, find one! Hobbies keep you sane and gets your mind of the stresses of maintaining your job.

EXERCISE

You need to do this. You just need to do this to live. If you don't have time, find a home workout or even a 5 minute office workout to practice regularly. Brisk walks help too! By doing this your system is recharged and you'll feel absolutely great.

WARDROBE CHANGE


Get a new wardrobe, change your colours, and express yourself in a different way. Find your style again, try something different. You will see the world in a different way.
