Ryan Lochte might be famous for winning the gold, but he's dead last when it comes to selling magazines.

Here he is posing posing with Serena Williams and Hope Solo in Vogue's Olympics-themed June edition looking. Despite looking all smiley on the cover, the issue was declared the magazine's weakest sales of the year so far. Only about 202,000 copies were sold off newsstands, which is about 33% below its six-month average.

But if it's any consolation, at least Ryan can thank his lucky stars he wasn't born a Kardashian. Kim's face on Allure's March issue was declared the biggest loser (which sold 7% below average), while all three sisters failed to make an impression on the cover of Glamour in January (which sold 11% below average).

The ones who did manage to do well was Adele for Vogue, who actually beat the mag's sales average. Same thing with Kate Moss for both W and Harper's Bazaar. And Glamour's topless Lauren Conrad cover sold a whopping 18% above the title's average.
