Here's further proof that Lady Gaga is out to conquer the internet. The singing sensation has just launched Littlemonsters.com, the much-anticipated social network that caters specifically to Lady Gaga fans.
This site is the showcase for Gaga's startup, Backplane, which raised
about $5 million last winter in a series A round from Sequoia Capital,
Greylock Discovery Fund, Founders Fund, and others.
Littlemonsters is sort of a cross between Pinterest, a Facebook fan page and a classic old-fashioned bulletin board, where you can post a topic and have a discussion.
Given her massive fanbase, we wouldn't be surprised if a whole bunch of
would-be artists decided to hop on board to promote their own personal social networks.
Although it's currently in beta mode, anyone who wants to see all the
latest Gaga buzz and socialize with other Gaga fans is welcome to join. Check out the site here
