In efforts to prevent any DUIs during this year's Independence Day celebrations, waterfront bars in  Michigan (where men make up 80% of drivers in fatal alcohol-induced crashes) came up with new scare tactic that involves a woman's voice coming out from a talking urinal cake:


The idea of this "interactive urinal communicator" was concocted by Maryland-based manufacturing company Wismark. So for, the devices have been distributed to 200 drink-serving establishments. So if a talking urinal doesn't get men to sober up behind the wheel, then nothing will.
