Here's a heads up for all you mothers-to-be out there. After the release of images taken from the  first MRI of a woman giving birth (which was captured back in 2010), researchers took repeated images of the same slice of the body before joining them up to create an ultra-detailed video (a technique known as cinematic MRI).

The video is intended to help doctors manage complications during labor and delivery. Warning: if grainy videos of childbirth makes you feel squeamish, then this clip isn't for you since it's vaguely graphic:
