Former Oasis frontman Noel Gallagher has a new music video, and he's chosen O.C. star Mischa Barton to star in while running around downtown LA in nothing but lingerie. Titled "Everybody's on the Run", it features Barton and actor Cameron Van Hoy running around LA in matching leopard print underwear. Hit the jump to check out the video:
