Conjoined twins can't get as complicated as this. This set of 'twins share a body. What we're puzzled about is how they co-ordinate their arms and legs. And if one head got bitten by an insect would the other one feel it and react? It's so bizarre.
Abigail “Abby” Loraine Hensel and Brittany “Britty” Lee Hensel (born 7 March 1990, Carver County, Minnesota, United States), are dicephalic conjoined twins. Brittany is the left twin, and Abigail is the right twin. They have two spines which join at the pelvis. They have two stomachs, three lungs, and two arms. (A third, underdeveloped and useless arm between their heads was amputated in infancy.)
They share one liver, one bladder and well, one vagina. How do they control that? We can only imagine what kind of love life they'd have - if you want to date Abby you'd have to have sex with Britty too - and when they do, do both heads feel the same pleasure? It's all too bizarre! What if a guy liked Abby more than Britty? And What if Britty didn't like the way a guy was treating them?
Yes, it's complicated. Nevertheless, it's an amazing story with pictures.
