A teacher accidentally put a clip of her having sex onto a DVD that was meant to be filled with school memories from the past year - and nobody caught the error until it was sent to the 5th graders' homes.

The parents of students at Isabelle Jackson Elementary in California said the teacher, Crystal Defanti, is a good woman, but she might have made the most embarrassing mistake of her life.

The DVD starts off with a menu screen displaying various school trips and functions. When you click on one of them, you see kids in a classroom sharing stories. They start clapping, then the video suddenly cuts to a couple having sex.]

"It goes from my son, straight to her on the couch," said a father who saw the video with his son. "My son's reaction was 'Dad, is that Ms. Defanti?" This resulted in a whole night of the father explaining to his son.

Well, indeed it turned out to be Ms. Defanti. She called the parent the day after his child got the DVD, crying hysterically, profusely apologizing and asking him and his wife to call every parent they knew to stop their kids from seeing the DVD as well.

Legal experts say it's unlikely the teacher will lose her job. "It's felony stupid, but it's not a crime," said defense lawyer Ken Rosenfeld. "Is it something that she should be disciplined for? Absolutely, but fired for? She didn't intend for this to happen."

However, parents remain worried for the content that has been planted in their childrens' minds.
