The whole short hair look is somewhat picking up this season. What started with Emma Watson chopping off her weave continued with Anne Hathaway and then Charlize Theron. Now, punk rock princess Avril Lavigne is doing something somewhat similar.

Lavigne also debuted a new makeup routine, foregoing her signature raccoon-like eyeliner for a subtle, smoky eye. Admittedly, we kind of like this new Avril.
