Ashton Kutcher and his producing partners have filed suit against the California Department of Motor Vehicles. The original "Punk'd" guy and his team feel they've been punked by the Left Coast's DMV -- which backed out of a proposed reality show after Kutcher & Co. had spent hundreds of thousands in pre-production costs.
