Here's Miley Cyrus shopping at American Apparel in LA, and she looks like she's dressed for the part. These "daisy dukes" are actually a pair of cut off jean shorts and it's not like Miley to not be cheeky at all when she has the chance. A lady knows when her butt cheeks are staring back at other people. Obviously, she didn't want constant eyes on it so she took her top off to cover it.
