BEAUTY & HEALTH - FITNESS

Are you trying to get a firmer tighter butt that will look great in a bikini? Or simply a cute pair of buns to fit into your new Christmas outfit?
Don’t worry, there is a way to quickly and easily tone your butt and I am going to give you the best exercises for your butt.
But before I do, there is something you need to understand that will help you get the butt you are after FASTER.
There are only two physiological processes that can improve the appearance of your body in general an butt specifically.
One is fat loss. Lose fat - fit into smaller size clothes. The other one is muscle building.
Now don’t freak out, I don’t mean to turn you into Arnold Schwarzenegger. Building a little extra muscle will make your body and your butt firmer and curvier.
If you want to tone your butt, you have to lose fat from your butt, and maybe even build a little muscle.
I’ll show you how to do it in a moment, but let me make something very clear here. You cannot choose to lose fat from a specific place on your body.
So if you are going to lose fat from your butt, you are going to have to lose fat from all over your body (this is a good thing).
On the other hand, when building muscle, it is possible to target specific areas of your body.
With those two things in mind, the best approach to toning your butt is to:
1. Include exercises for the entire body in order to burn that fat everywhere (including the butt).
2. Include exercises to build a little extra muscle around the butt and thus make it firmer.
It just so happens that the best exercises for firming up your butt are also some of the best fat burning exercises.
I’ll give you the effective butt exercises, but before I do, I want to tell you about the one butt exercise - that you probably love - that is NOT effective.
The exercise is the Butt Blaster and it is the LEAST effective exercise for toning your butt. It is probably the all-time favorite for female gym members around the world.
I understand why you may want to do that exercise: you feel the burn in you butt and it seems intuitive to focus on the area you want to firm up.
But there is one big problem with this approach. You see, the best way to work a muscle is to use it the way it was designed to be used.
The butt (or technically glutes) primary are not designed for the motion that the Butt Blaster has you do.
The butt is designed for movements where you are ON YOUR FEET.
With that in mind, I give you the top 3 exercise for toning your butt.
Get off the Butt Blaster and start doing these exercises and you will start burning fat all over you body, tone your butt, and fit back into your skinny jeans.
Squats

- Stand tall with feet slightly more than shoulder width apart and toes pointing slightly out.
Hold dumbbells at your shoulders. - Push your hips back as if sitting in a chair. Keep you chest up.
- Lower yourself until your upper thighs are parallel to the floor or until your low back begins to lose its natural arch, whichever comes first.
- Push down through the heels and squeeze your buttocks to stand back up.
- Make sure your knees track directly over your toes.
- I suggest you start without any weight and take it from there.
- If you are having difficulty getting this right, start with a bench behind you to fall back on for practice.
Lunges

- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Hold dumbbells at your shoulders.
- Take a big step forward with non-dominant side leg and lower you body until the back knee is an inch away from the floor.
- Keep your chest up.
- Push down through the front heel and squeeze buttocks to come back to starting position.
- Finish all the reps and switch sides.
Dumbbell Split Deadlift
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Hold dumbbells at your sides.
- Take a small step forward with the non-dominant leg.
- Lean forward as low as you can while keeping a tall spine and lower the dumbbells to just below your front knee. Allow the front knee to bend slightly.
- Push down through the front heel and squeeze buttocks to come back up.
- Finish all the reps and switch sides.
Of course, these three exercises are best done as part of
a complete workout program.
Doing ONLY these exercises will give results, but doing them as part of a complete workout will give results MUCH FASTER.
